HR Administrator (12-Month FTC) Location:Dublin 2, onsite Contract Type:Fixed-Term Contract (12 months) Department:Human Resources Reports to:HR Operations Manager Were looking for anHR Administratorto join a high-performing Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of key HR processes, and support a dynamic and supportive team. Youll play a vital role as the first point of contact for employee queries and contribute to creating an engaging, efficient, and people-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities As an HR Administrator, you will: Act as the administrator for professional accreditation processes, including managing renewals, trainee applications, and qualification documentation. Coordinate all leave activity (annual leave, family leave, sickness absence) across the organisation. Maintain and update employee records using our HR system (PeopleXD / CoreHR). Support employees with HR queries, troubleshoot system issues, and help improve HR processes and system accuracy. Administer employee benefits, including Travel Pass and Cycle to Work schemes, ensuring accurate payroll updates. Manage the leaver process, including documentation, communication, and scheduling exit interviews. Complete employment references and ensure accuracy across all HR documentation. Support monthly payroll input for starters, leavers, and employee changes. Manage the HR mailbox, prioritising and responding to queries efficiently. Drive process improvements and act as a process owner for key HR initiatives. Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection obligations. Support the HR Business Partner in managing the probation review process. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports (headcount, leave, absence, etc.) and assist in developing HR dashboards. Contribute to HR projects, new initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Be a proactive, collaborative member of the HR team, championing a high-performance culture. About You Essential: A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine service mindset. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Eager to learn and grow within a supportive HR function. Desirable: Previous experience in legal or professional services environments.
