Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our finance team during a temporary leadership absence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance team's daily operations, ensuring continuity of financial processes.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
\
3. Prepare accurate and timely statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors on audit & corporate taxation.
\
4. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain stability and compliance.
\
5. Support strategic initiatives and decision-making with insightful financial guidance.
\
6. Ensure regulatory requirements are met - PAYE, VAT, CT, CSO, CRO returns.
\
7. Maintain all financial activities adhere to company policies, standards, and government regulations.

8. Qualifications:

9. Accountancy Qualification or similar.
\
10. Proven experience (3-5 years) in finance management or a senior finance role.
\
11. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex financial data.
\
12. Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills essential.
\
13. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
\
14. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\
