The Role: The team consists of experienced engineers across various technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (Developer, R&D, or Infrastructure experience) and be comfortable managing the project lifecycle for internal initiatives.
They should be able to quickly grasp current and planned systems and effectively allocate team resources to deliver the roadmap.
Responsibilities: Manage the teams projects and resources Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and impact Drive delivery using Scrum or Kanban methodologies Maintain a clear project and delivery roadmap Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, frameworks, workflows, and processes Participate in interviewing and hiring team members Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in SRE/Application Support, Infrastructure, or a related technical team Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects and collaborating across teams Strong understanding of technologies such as cloud computing, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker/containerization Experience with large distributed systems across private and public cloud environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Strong time-management and project delivery abilities Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus Skills: SRE Kubernetes Application Support Docker Cloud Benefits: Pension Fund Medical Aid / Health Care
