About the Role
As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the vision of our platform forward. This involves translating high-level goals into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with our product strategy.
You will lead cross-functional teams in executing improvements to our existing platform, including the development and deployment of AI-supported content generation and workflow features. Your ability to drive features end-to-end, from discovery to launch, will be critical to our success.
To achieve this, you will partner closely with engineering, design, subject matter experts, editorial teams, and AI specialists. You will also gather insights from teachers, students, and internal content teams to inform your decision-making and ensure alignment with our product vision.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. This may include tracking usage metrics, support tickets, and feedback from users. Your analytical mindset and ability to define KPIs will be essential in driving data-driven decisions.
In addition, you will contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future direction of our product. This includes defining capabilities, workflows, and evaluation frameworks that support our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex features in fast-paced environments. They will also possess hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products and strong collaboration skills.

Requirements
* 4+ years of Product Management experience
* Proven execution track record delivering complex features in fast-moving environments
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

* Experience managing external partners or contractors
