Job Description
The role of Electrical Contracts Manager is to oversee the delivery of electrical contracts across a diverse range of sectors. This involves ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines, managing workforces and labour, and providing weekly reports for meetings with managers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be engaged in projects from conceptual stage through to delivery. They will supervise building engineering services contracts, ensure contract specification standards are met, and develop good working relationships with contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Contract supervision including issuing purchase orders, verifying variation requests, and processing payments
* Onsite quality control inspection and reporting on the quality of planned works
* Supervision of building engineering services contracts and service delivery
