Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve individual, team, and site goals.

2. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and regulations.

3. Ensure compliance with Quality, Division, and Corporate Procedures and Standards by developing and implementing all required Quality and EHS documentation.

4. Assess potential risks, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations.

5. Take responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process, including laboratory studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, and finished products or services.

6. Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections.

7. Liaise with external vendors, contractors, or suppliers to ensure their products or services meet our organization's quality standards.

8. Coordinate quality training sessions.

9. Implement quality standards and ensure compliance at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

* A minimum NFQ Level 8 in Science/Engineering or a relevant qualification is required.

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position are necessary.
