Advance Protection are hiring PSA Security Guards for Dublin City Centre
A valid PSA Security Guarding Licence is required for this position.
( We are not considering candidates who do not hold a valid PSA licence )
Position: Retail Security Officer
Location: Dublin 1, Dublin 2
Hourly Rate: €16 - €17
Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Monday to Sunday
Objectives of this role:
* Maintain store area with Radios and Body Cams
* Ensure a safe environment for customers and store management
* Engaging with customers and offering assistance
* Actively patrolling and monitoring security cameras
* Be always visible and observant.
* Escort unwelcome customers from the store
* Respond immediately to incidents swiftly and appropriately in a calm professional manner
* Maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
* Collaborate with other security officers and site management
* Maintain a high level of vigilance
* Complete daily reports including relevant information, observations, CCTV footage and signatures
* Investigate and take appropriate action as required by company policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activity, safety, and fire incidents
* Control and monitor CCTV always adhering to GDPR and perform building and equipment inspections
