We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. This six-month daily rate contract focuses on designing and implementing a project and portfolio management framework that enables prioritisation, governance, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Setup: Design and implement a prioritised project management framework aligned to business strategy.
* Governance & Process: Develop tailored governance models, approval workflows, and decision-making structures.
* Tools & Templates: Create easy-to-use templates for planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
* Change Leadership: Lead stakeholder engagement to build support for the new portfolio model.
* Reporting: Establish a robust reporting framework for real-time, actionable insights.
* Coaching & Handover: Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal staff for long-term ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: Proven track record of setting up PMO, PPM, or governance frameworks in SMEs or hybrid organisations.
* Skills:
o Hands-on with tools, templates, and reporting not just strategic oversight.
o Pragmatic approach to delivery balancing agility with structure.
o Strong communicator, able to simplify and convey complex project information to varied audiences.

Industry experience in leasing, financial services, or automotive is a plus, but not essential. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, or SAFe are advantageous.
