About the Role: As Food & Beverage Manager, youll be at the heart of the guest experience.
Whether its a relaxed bistro lunch, a fine dining dinner, or drinks at the bar, youll ensure every detail is right from the welcome to the last sip.
Working closely with front-of-house teams and the kitchen, youll make sure service runs like clockwork, while always keeping the personal touches that make all the difference.
What Youll Be Doing: Leading food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, and event spaces Engaging with guests, listening to feedback, and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations Coaching and supporting your team helping them grow and shine in their roles Running day-to-day operations: scheduling, managing the floor, and ensuring everything runs smoothly Keeping a close eye on health, safety, and hygiene ensuring high standards at all times Working with chefs, stewards, and hotel departments to keep service seamless and coordinated Managing inventory, reducing waste, and helping to meet financial targets Contributing to team meetings, planning for VIPs, and sharing ideas on how to make service even better What Were Looking For: Experience leading food and beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality environment Knowledge of multi-outlet operations (restaurants, bars, in-room dining, events) Solid understanding of service standards, wine and spirits, and guest engagement A natural leader who builds strong teams and resolves challenges with care Professional in appearance and communication, with great attention to detail Comfortable using POS systems and hotel management software Flexible to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and holidays Whats in it for you?
