Job Overview:
The Managing Director for Care is responsible for leading commercial activities within the Care vertical, encompassing sales, gross margin, earnings before interest, taxes, and net working capital.
This role involves developing and executing a business strategy to drive growth through market share expansion and lateral value chain development.
* Achieve EBITA and working capital targets
* Develop strategic plans to advance company objectives
* Grow the company's business by securing new product-line mandates from existing and new suppliers
* Implement Commercial Excellence initiatives

Requirements:
