Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Diagnose, treat and manage medical and surgical cases to a high clinical standard Investigate and manage cases in-house where appropriate, referring when necessary Take full responsibility for patient care, including effective case handovers Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Prescribe and dispense medications safely and appropriately Client Communication Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding diagnostics, treatment options and estimates Support informed decision-making with empathy and transparency Contribute to a consistently high standard of client experience Team
