The Role Involves Liaising with the Construction Director and Client to Ensure Compliance with Drawings, Specifications, Building Regulations, Health & Safety Regulations and Good Building Practice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Chairing and Recording of Meetings with Sub-contractors, Design Teams etc.
* Ensuring Compliance with Drawings and Specifications.
* Production and Revision of Contract and Sub-Contract Programmes (and Schedules).
* Managing Company Owned Plant and Equipment.
* Motivating and Directing Site Staff and Sub-Contractors.
* Monitoring Construction in Regard to Quality of Workmanship and Materials.
* Liaising with Construction Team to Ensure Timely and Accurate Information for All Sub-Contractors and Site Personnel.
Job Requirements:
* Housing Experience Required.
* A Minimum of 5 Years' Experience as a Project Manager on €20m+ Projects is Ideal.
* Degree Qualified in Engineering/Construction Management or Similar Field.
* Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills are Essential.
* Good Leadership and Organisational Skills to Motivate and Direct Your Team.
* Ability to Make Decisions Under Pressure and Use Initiative.
