Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed coaches to join our new Kerry Junior Academy on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious coaches who want to gain experience in a professional academy environment, learn from UEFA Elite Youth A coaches, and grow within a clear career pathway.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality coaching sessions on Friday evenings in line with Tempo's training curriculum.
* Support the development of young players (U8–U13) across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas.
* Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players.
* Assist in the organisation of academy squads, fixtures, and events.

Candidate Profile
* Minimum FAI PDP 1 / equivalent (or working towards).
* Passion for player development and youth football.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching team.
* Flexible and willing to travel for events when required.
Contract & Pay
* Part-time role, initially Friday evenings only.
* Competitive hourly rate (based on qualifications and experience).
* Scope to increase hours as the academy expands.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
