RoleSaaS Application Support – PAS-XLocationDonegal, HybridDurationFixed Term (12 months initially)The RoleThe Koerber PAS-X MES Application Support Analysts will provide day‑to‑day operational support for the PAS‑X MES SaaS platform supporting one of our global leading Life Science and Healthcare manufacturing sites. The role involves ensuring time‑zone coverage, operational resilience and effective coordination with site operations, IT, QA and vendors within a regulated (GxP) environment.Your ResponsibilitiesApplication Support:Provide support for PAS‑X MES across EU manufacturing sitesAct as first point of contact for MES incidents, alarms and service requestsPerform incident triage, analysis, resolution or escalation within agreed SLAsIncident & Problem Management:Log, manage and resolve incidents using Pulse; perform deviation investigation and root cause analysis where requiredCoordinate with PAS‑X vendor (L3) for product‑level or complex issuesMaintain complete, accurate and auditable ticket recordsChange, Release & Upgrade Support:Support PAS‑X releases, patches and upgrades under change procedural governancePerform impact assessments and support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ as applicable)Support regression testing, cutover and post‑release hyper‑careManufacturing & MES Operations Support:Support shop‑floor operations including EBR execution, weighing, dispensing and packaging workflowsSupport integration points with SAP and Historian related systemsAssist sites during critical manufacturing windows where requiredGxP & Compliance Support:Operate in compliance with GxP, data integrity and validation requirementsSupport audits, inspections and compliance reviews as requiredEnsure all incidents and changes are documented for audit readinessStakeholder & Vendor Coordination:Act as operational interface between manufacturing sites, IT, QA and PAS‑X vendorProvide regular status updates and participate in operational and governance callsKnowledge Management:Maintain MES support documentation, runbooks and known error recordsSupport knowledge transfer and stabilization activities across regionsYour ProfileEssential Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceIdeally 5+ years of experience supporting MES platforms (KORBER PAS‑X preferred)Hands‑on experience with PAS‑X MES in regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of EBR, shop‑floor processes and MES integrationsExperience supporting SaaS / platform‑based MES solutionsStrong understanding of ITIL‑based incident, problem and change managementExperience working with EU manufacturing sites and QA teamsDesirable Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceExperience in pharma or life sciences manufacturingExposure to SAP, Historian, LIMS and automation systemsExperience supporting PAS‑X packaging and process linesExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JiraRewards & BenefitsTCS offers competitive salary packages featuring pension, health care, life assurance, laptop and extensive training resources.
