Job Title: Project Coordinator - Service Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator - Service Development to join our Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide a projects/development resource in the auditing and supporting NLN centers in line with the implementation of the New Directions Standards and the EASI tool process.
About the Role:
The Project Coordinator - Service Development will be responsible for project planning, collaboration, and support to Operations local management within the 4 steps of the Evaluation, Action, and Service Improvement tool. This role also involves regional quality improvement opportunities to be shared and leveraged.
Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with Local Managers, promote and support the use of agreed improvement methodologies that align to the key principles of the New Directions Interim Standards for Services and Supports for Adults with Disabilities.
* Promote standardization and reduce variation across services/centres where applicable, within a framework that recognizes that a key principle of the Standard is that services and supports are tailored to an individual's need.
* Leverage and build upon existing local partnership approaches with stakeholders who have an important role to play in supporting individuals to meet their goals and achieve a good quality of life.
* Support Local Managers with the 'Step 1: Preparation for Self-Evaluation' by engaging with stakeholders, conducting interviews, and submitting recommendations as to which policies, records, or other documents need to be examined, developed, or revised in order to ensure full compliance and a consistent approach across services/NLN centers.
Requirements:
* A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care, Education and Training, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years' experience in similar roles with a proven track record of effective service development, project management, and regulatory compliance in services.
* A proven track record in project planning and project management is essential.
* Strategic networker with positive relationship management and interpersonal skills.
