As the first point of contact for our guests, you set the tone for their stay and play a vital role in creating a warm and memorable experience. The ideal candidate brings genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and care to every interaction. Whether you are checking guests in, sharing local recommendations, or helping resolve an issue, you do it with confidence and hospitality that reflects the spirit of the mountains.If you enjoy meeting people from all over the world, take pride in helping others, and love being part of a team that makes a difference, this is your opportunity to grow your career in hospitality with a world-class property managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Welcome and check in guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiencyEnsure accurate guest information, proper payment methods, and fulfillment of special requestsCreate positive first and lasting impressions through genuine guest engagementProvide local knowledge and insight to help guests make the most of their stay in the Heber Valley and Park City areaHandle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to "WOW" our guestsPromote and sell hotel amenities, upgrades, and special programs to enhance the guest experienceMaintain proper cash handling procedures, including managing a house bank, posting charges, and processing deposits or refundsCommunicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and accuratelyStay familiar with hotel services, safety procedures, and emergency protocolsSupport other departments as needed to maintain seamless service throughout the propertyUphold Black Rock Mountain Resort's values of People First, Integrity, and Excellence in every guest and team interactionWhat are we looking for?Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as Front Desk Agent, Guest Services, or Customer Support preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural passion for hospitalityStrong problem-solving abilities with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressureComfortable using computer systems and hotel property management software (training provided)Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompensation:$20.00 - $20.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
