About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Costs Administrator to join our Accounts Team in Dublin City Centre. This role can be based in-office or hybrid, with a focus on administering matters from settlement to closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate lists of matters and their statuses
* Monitor office and client account costs on matters
* Create costs files for the Legal Costs Accountant
* Reconcile matter costs to the Legal Costs Accountant's statement
* Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, experts, and counsel
Requirements
* Strong administration skills, including letter writing and record preparation
* Familiarity with Practice Evolve Case (an advantage)
* Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Prior experience with billing systems and Client Outlay
* Litigation Law, Firms Costs experience or preferable legal cost accountant experience
