AA Euro Healthcare is currently welcoming applications from experienced Relief Social Care Assistants to support our HSE client within Intellectual Disability day and residential services in Wicklow and surrounding areas
Role Description
As a Social Care Assistant, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve the best possible quality of life while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You will work as part of a dedicated care team delivering services in line with HSE and HIQA standards. You will expected to work both day and residential.
Qualifications
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare/Social Care or a related discipline
* Eligible to work in Ireland (only candidates with a current valid work visa will be considered)
* Minimum 6 months experience working in a healthcare or disability setting
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach
* Full drivers licence desirable
