Business Analyst – HR / Technology Projects
Our client is a global financial technology organization undergoing HR and technology transformation and is seeking a Business Analyst to support complex, multi-region initiatives.

Business Analyst
to support
HR and technology initiatives
by gathering business requirements, translating them into clear
functional specifications
, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure
successful project delivery
. The role works closely with
HR, HRIS, local SMEs, and project teams
to streamline processes and support testing and
go-live activities
.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate
business requirements
into clear
functional specifications
and
process documentation
.
* Identify gaps between
business needs
and
technical solutions
and support resolution.
* Collaborate with
HR, HRIS, SMEs, and technical teams
to keep workstreams progressing.
* Support alignment of
local and regional processes
with
global standards
.
* Track and escalate
risks, issues, and dependencies
as required.
* Support
cutover planning
,
testing (UAT)
,
training
, and
post-go-live stabilization
.
* Assist with
change requests
, project planning, and progress reporting.
Accountabilities
* Act as the
primary liaison
between
business SMEs and technical teams
, ensuring clarity and alignment.
* Own and maintain
functional documentation
and support
change, testing, training, and go-lives
.
* Provide
recommendations
to project managers and business owners to support
decision-making and project health
.
Required Qualifications
* Experience as a
Business Analyst
supporting
HR, technology, or process-driven projects
.
* Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and documentation
skills.
* Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
abilities.
* Ability to manage
multiple priorities
and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and basic
project/task management tools
.
Nice to Have
* Experience with
HR or payroll systems
(e.g.,
ADP, GlobalView, Safeguard
).
* Exposure to
global payroll
or
multi-country HR processes
.
* Experience supporting
change management
,
cutover planning
, or
data migration
.
* Previous involvement in
global transformation programs
.
