This role involves providing high-level support to senior leadership across key functions. The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for the Finance Director / Chief Risk Officer with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage correspondence and calendars for the Finance Director / CRO, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
* Provide mutual support to the Executive Assistant of the Chief Executive.
* Coordinate documentation and meeting packs, taking minutes where necessary.
* Liaise with direct reports to help maintain focus on strategic priorities.
* Coordinate with other executives and departments to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
* Manage expenses and prepare accurate reports.
* Plan and manage events or conferences.
* Provide ad hoc project support as required.
