What You'll Do
* Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
* Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
* Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following freshness and rotation principles
* Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
* Assisting in the stock count process
Shift Patterns
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am with your team, stocking the shop floor and bakery products for opening time
* Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, keep store clean, present, products fresh, assist customers and work on tills to minimise queues
* Late shift: Afternoon start, serve customers on tills, restock items and prepare store for the next day
What You'll Need
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
* Responsible and reliable
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment
* Good team player
* Preferably, previous experience in a customer-facing role, but not essential if you have the right attitude
What You'll Receive

* €15.10 rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years
* Unsocial hours paid (12am to 7am)

* Year 1: Basic €15.10; Unsocial €; Overtime €; Bank Holiday

* Year 3: Basic €16.40; Unsocial €; Overtime €; Bank Holiday
* Year 4: Basic €17.40; Unsocial €; Overtime €; Bank Holiday
