As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting junior team members.
You will have responsibility for managing a designated section and ensuring service runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will have strong grill experience and a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Duties & Responsibilities Roster on 3 days off 4 days working.
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, focusing on quality and consistency Lead and manage your section, especially during busy service periods Demonstrate strong experience on the grill section, ensuring all meats and proteins are cooked accurately and safely Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for daily specials Support junior team members with training and guidance Work closely with senior kitchen management to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen Strong grill experience is essential Excellent understanding of culinary techniques, presentation, and portion control A team player with strong communication and time management skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €38,000 per annum 3 days off 4 days working Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment Skills: Time management Communication Management
