* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate successfully and sensitively with patients, public, staff and management
* A clear understanding of the need for adherence to patient and staff confidentiality
* Excellent IT skills, with experience in working with ICT packages including Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of hospital/healthcare IT systems
* Proven experience of improving processes and technical/ analytical responsibilities
Experience of working in a clinical/research/academic environment.
