Our client works closely with young people to protect and support them in building resilience, recovering from early life trauma, and reaching their full potential—giving them the opportunity for a brighter future.
We are currently accepting applications from Social Care Workers to join the team at the Glenville service in Cork, working as part of a committed residential care team supporting vulnerable young people.
The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing residential environment where young people can feel secure, valued, and empowered.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. A Level 7 qualification in one of the following disciplines:
2. Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Care Practice, or Social Work
3. A full, clean manual driver's licence valid in Ireland
4. Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
5. Legal eligibility to work in Ireland
