The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience as a Banqueting Chef within a similar environment, ensuring impeccable service and delivery of creative dishes across all food outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist or lead banqueting operations under the guidance of the Head Chef
* E nsure compliance with relevant regulations such as H.A.C.C.P.
* Develop and grow a team of Commi Chefs
* Contribute to menu planning and execution
* Take full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
