Lead Cost Optimization Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to partner with key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze product costs, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership to inform decision-making through data-driven analysis.
* Operational Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate price files, update key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze factory productivity.
* Labor Efficiency Analysis: Evaluate labor efficiencies, develop models, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* 3+ Years of experience in Financial Planning and Accounting or Management Accounting
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles
