Overview
SMB Account Executive - Italian Speaker at Salesforce. You will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform; build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision-makers; help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will use new business development skills to develop opportunities, through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, responsible for the full sales cycle, coordinating several sales projects, and fully owning the customer relationship.
* Own the entire sales process to meet performance metrics, with emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
* Use solution selling to respond to customer needs and identify business potential to create a strategic, long-term partnership with customers.
* Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
* Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
* Collaborate with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers on all sales leads and opportunities.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in quota-bearing, technology-solution-based direct sales.
* Territory and Account Planning: create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities.
* Research and Discovery: understands a prospect's processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on use cases and value hypotheses.
* Solutioning: identifies compelling value propositions addressing customer needs with an understanding of technology solutions.
* Customer Communication: communicates clearly and timely across written and spoken formats using tools such as Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, and Zoom.
* Resource Application: relentlessly drives results using available resources and tools.
* Team Selling: collaborates with the full account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sales methodology education.
* Ability to develop cases and service requirements, and to craft and lead strategic alliances.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
* Experience evaluated against core role competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer work).
* Fluent in English and Italian.
