Role/Department:
The Custody Client Service team in Limerick manages over 450 clients. The team collaborates with internal departments to provide prompt, high-quality responses to client inquiries. The Client Service Representative is the main contact and advocate for custody service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction with Northern Trust’s custody offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary contact for custody-related queries from clients, trustees, or fund administrators.
* Maintaining and enhancing client service quality.
* Owning and resolving client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
* Overseeing Service Level Agreements.
* Participating in custody transitions and new business onboarding.
* Managing client data and standing instructions.
* Preparing client tax and proxy voting documentation.
* Handling account openings and closures.
* Reviewing and approving client custody fee invoices and ensuring timely settlements.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Graduate-entry level position.
* Good understanding of accounting principles.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
* Team player with good planning and prioritization skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
