This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in agency life and gain hands-on exposure to a wide variety of brands, campaigns, events, and clients across multiple sectors.You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts and active campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, creative-led digital work. This is a fast-paced role that offers real responsibility, autonomy, and room to grow.What You'll Be DoingManaging client accounts and maintaining strong day-to-day relationshipsOverseeing live campaigns across social, digital, influencer, and event-led projectsCoordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothlySupporting the planning and execution of branding campaigns, launches, and eventsManaging influencer and content creator campaigns from brief through to deliveryWorking across social media management, paid ads, content creation, and reportingActing as a problem-solver when challenges arise, with a solutions-first mindsetAbout YouMinimum 2 years' experience in an agency or digital marketing environmentCurrently living in DublinStrong understanding of the digital and social media landscapeComfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyHighly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressureConfident communicator with strong attention to detailProactive, intuitive, and able to think on your feetPassionate about creativity, digital media, and building great workThe EnvironmentWe are an agency that operates primarily in Ireland, with a significant portion of work across the UK, so occasional travel is required.
