Job SummaryLine / Prep Chef – Full-Time Position (Immediate Start)We're looking for an experienced Line/Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen team.This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, serving 150–200 covers per night, so we're after someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.About the Role:Working as part of a small team of 2 on the line.Main duties include cooking on the fryers and dish assembly during service.All food is cooked to order — no shortcuts hereAll sauces and prep items are made from scratch in-house.You'll also work two prep/set-up shifts per week, preparing the kitchen for service.Kitchen closes at 9pm each night; finishing times are typically 10:30–11:00pm when required for service and clean-down.Immediate start available.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong knowledge of prep, cooking to order, and kitchen organisation.Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.Must have all relevant working visas and paperwork to work in Ireland.Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.Hiring Process:Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a paid trial shift as part of the hiring process.Pay & Perks:€15.00–€17.50 per hour, depending on experience.Weekly rotating tips.Free on-site parking.Great public transport links – main bus routes to Dublin (every 30 mins), Navan, Dunshaughlin, and surrounding areas (every hour).Job Type: Full-timePay: €15.00-€17.96 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekWork Location: In person
