We are seeking a skilled Digital Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital systems, ensuring the smooth flow of project information throughout the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the project's Common Data Environment (CDE) and Digital Field Tool (DFT)
">
* Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for project teams
">
* Maintain robust naming conventions and workflows in alignment with ISO 19650 standards
">
* Curate, verify, distribute, and retrieve all project documentation
">
* Configure status reports, workflows, distribution matrices, and control logs
">
* Collate operation & maintenance manuals, H&S, quality, environmental, and BCAR files
">
* Attend project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
">
* Provide cover for other document controllers as needed
">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:
">">
">
* Strong experience managing digital systems with large volumes of project data
">
* Advanced user of VFP and FV (or similar CDE/DFT platforms)
">
* Excellent communication, organisation, and training skills
">
* Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192 protocols
">
* Confident working with multidisciplinary teams and the supply chain
">
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
