Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
* Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
* Maintain compliance with tax regulations, assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors as needed.
* Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
