About the Role:
* Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
* Manage the day-to-day financial aspects of the restaurant, including inventory control and cash handling.
* Lead by example, maintaining high cleanliness standards and upholding HACCP procedures to guarantee customer safety and satisfaction.
* Skillfully coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods while fostering a positive team environment.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Report to the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, working collaboratively to drive business growth and development.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a related field.
* Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on motivating teams and driving business success.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Fluency in both spoken and written English.
