Delivering technical infrastructure support to clients and projects requires a high level of expertise. As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will maintain the technical infrastructure of clients' hardware, including servers, computers, laptops, MS 365, Virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain technical infrastructure of clients' hardware, including servers, computers, laptops, MS 365, Virtual environments, switches, routers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy, MS Office365, firewalls, routers, switches, and remote access servers.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team and on own initiative, excellent communication skills.
