What you'll do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of public and private sector accounts, building senior stakeholder relationships.
* Shape solution strategy with pre‑sales and delivery teams; drive pipeline, renewals, cross‑sell, and up‑sell.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring commercial rigour and customer success.
* Track performance (revenue, margin, forecast, engagement) and report to leadership.
* Represent Storm at industry and marketing events when required.
