Language Requirements:

Community Operations Analyst
Requirements:
14. Fluency in Danish and English (B2)
15. Some customer-facing experience
16. Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
17. Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
18. Enforce the platform's Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
19. Analyze data to identify ways to improve the user experience
20. Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
21. Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
22. Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
