Requirements:
* Part III Qualified Architect with 7+ years experience
* Proven track record of leading projects and teams to successful outcomes
* Exceptional technical skills in ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD
* Experience working on commercial and residential projects
* Ambition to grow into an Associate Director role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
