Job Overview We are currently seeking a Part-Time Service Advisor to join our team, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
The successful candidate will have experience in the motor trade, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our service department and ensuring high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities Book in customers for vehicle servicing and repairs Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers Order parts and coordinate delivery timelines Act as a communication point between customers and the workshop team Ensure timely follow-ups and updates for service customers Manage service records and maintain accurate documentation Use internal systems such as Garage Manager for tracking work Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house service area Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in the motor trade is essential Familiarity with Garage Manager, CRM systems, and Excel Strong organizational and administrative skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent time management and multitasking skills Additional Details Part-time position with potential for full-time progression Flexible hours to be agreed based on candidate availability Onsite role at our Fermoy location If youre looking to join a small, supportive team with a strong local reputation and an opportunity for growth, wed love to hear from you.
