Terms of Employment:
Full-time, Permanent position with 37.5 hours per week (full time equivalent). The successful candidates are required to be flexible in both working days and times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure a high standard of care is always maintained.
2. Communicate effectively with patients and families.
3. Ensure all documentation relating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance with hospital policy.
