* Document Preparation: Creating, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.

* Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments and meetings for lawyers and clients.

* Correspondence Management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and responding to client enquiries.

* File Management: Maintaining and organising client files, legal documentation, using Keyhouse software.

* Billing: Managing billing processes and tracking expenses.
