Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled operations manager to oversee various aspects of our project. This includes setting project scope, timelines, and budget, as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with stakeholders on project-related matters
\
2. Overseeing all aspects of project management and operations for smooth execution
\
3. Analysing risks and mitigating them to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
\
4. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
\
5. Managing multiple stakeholders effectively
\
6. Working knowledge of validation, IQ, OQ, PQ, and manufacturing processes
\
7. Excellent communication and influencing skills, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
\
8. Goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
\
9. Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
\
\
10. Collaboration and team work experience in Medical Device Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences is essential
\
11. Leadership and mentoring roles will be considered
\
12. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within these sectors
