Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in processing and quality checking dealing transactions, providing input on process changes, and supporting junior level employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems to regulatory and client standards.
* Provide input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency.
* Support the day-to-day activities of junior level employees, including workflow distribution and staff resource utilization.
* Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
* Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
* Interact with committees and/or Senior Management as required.
* Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other employees.
* Manage daily operational activities and supervise the work of junior level employees.
* Develop and maintain technical expertise in area of specialization and broader knowledge of other areas.
* Deliver high-quality work products that require minimal revision.
* Facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
Requirements:

* Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications:
* College or University degree and/or relevant work experience.
