This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name in the chilled convenience food industry, delivering high-quality ready-to-eat products to major retailers across Ireland and Europe. * Minimum 5 years experience in a high-care or high-risk food manufacturing environment * A proven track record of managing and leading quality assurance teams effectively * Strong knowledge of BRC food safety standards, including audit preparation and execution You will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance operations, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards and retailer requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
