We are currently expanding our team and are seeking experienced and professional Door Security Officers to work in high-profile nightlife environments in Dublin City Centre.ResponsibilitiesProvide visible security presence at nightclub entrances and throughout the venue.Greet and screen patrons, checking ID to ensure compliance with age regulations.Perform bag checks and enforce venue policies regarding prohibited items.Manage queues and control the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.Handle conflict resolution and de-escalate tense situations professionally.Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.Support venue management in handling emergencies and coordinating with Gardaí if needed.Ensure the safety of all guests and staff by monitoring for potential risks.Maintain a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and customer service.RequirementsValid PSA Licence (Door Security) is essential.Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer in hospitality or nightlife settings preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to remain calm and in control in high-pressure situations.Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.Legal right to work in Ireland.Fluency in English (spoken and written).What We OfferCompetitive rates of pay based on experience.Weekly pay and reliable shift scheduling.Opportunities for progression within the company.Ongoing training and development programs.Supportive management and a strong team culture.High-profile venues and exciting working environments.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a CV including relevant experience and a copy of their PSA Door Security Licence.
