Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead our clients' projects in Tralee, County Kerry. This role involves coordinating the design, procurement, and installation of mechanical systems in a pharma plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, contractors, and ensuring that HVAC, piping, and utilities meet GMP standards while supporting commissioning, validation, and overall project delivery goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Control all aspects of selected projects including planning, budgeting, and scheduling from conception to completion.
* Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure that all projects meet client specifications.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Manage financial aspects, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Ensure that all work complies with relevant legislation, codes, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
* Implement structures to monitor, review, and control agreed expenditure.
* Collaborate with directors and site managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find resolutions.
