 
        
        Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale migration from Box to SharePoint. This high-impact programme will affect more than 40,000 users and requires a strong change professional to guide the business through the transition.
The Change Manager will work across the organisation to structure the migration project, prepare stakeholders, and manage business risks and challenges. You will play a key role in communication, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adoption of SharePoint as the new document management platform.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute change management strategies to support the migration from Box to SharePoint
 * Prepare the business for transition, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
 * Engage and communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units
 * Identify and manage risks, issues, and challenges associated with the migration
 * Support training and adoption activities to embed SharePoint as the standard platform
 * Collaborate with technical teams to align change activities with the technical migration plan
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
 * Proven experience in managing large-scale organisational change programmes
 * Experience with data/document migration projects
 * Knowledge of SharePoint (user-level or project-level exposure)
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
 * Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
 * Experience with Box and document management systems
 * Familiarity with ShareGate migration tooling
 * Track record of delivering change in large, global organisations
