Job Title: Technical Onboarding Specialist
This role is a vital part of the Client Onboarding Team, where you will be responsible for new client launches and conversions. You will support the designing and implementing of global operating models, quality UAT testing for system enhancements, new operating models, connectivity for new client launches and conversions, and assist in building an Operational Implementation Program utilized for new client prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Transfer Agency Business and Applications, product and service offerings, systems and processes. You should be focused on operational efficiencies, analysis of client business requirements, as well as the requirements of internal stakeholders, and being a solid advocate for change to support continued growth and overall evolution of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Funds Industry and take the supporting role in the execution and management of various tasks and initiatives within the Client Onboarding Team.
* Support the designing and implementing of global operating models.
* Quality UAT testing for system enhancements, new operating models, connectivity for new client launches and conversions.
* Assist in building an Operational Implementation Program utilized for new client prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Transfer Agency Operations, mutual fund products and thorough understanding of Global distribution channels.
* Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from qualitative client feedback or large data sets.
* Proven experience in a role that requires attention to detail, excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills, Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Client Service orientation, with a proven ability to work with clients and internal groups to diagnose and develop solutions.
