About the Role:
* Deliver person-centred care in a community-based setting, prioritizing the needs of individuals with physical, intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support requirements.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualised plans, promoting positive outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for service users.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care)
* 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
* Experience working with challenging behaviours
* Strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults
* Full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car
