a driven and forward-thinking professional to join their dynamic Aesculap Team
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing individual to join their surgical sales team to manage, develop and grow the orthopaedic implant & Power Tools Porrtfolio's within Ireland, specifically the Leinster area.
In this role your core responsibilities will include:
* Generating sales to achieve profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
* Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with existing ad potential customers.
* Identify efficiencies for partners & areas of growth within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the AESCULAP brand from the competition.
* Proven capability to lead theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
* Enhance the existing model for orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
* Identify new & foster existing partnerships within the public and private hospital settings in Ireland.
* Managing Key Projects
* Maintaining market and competitor analysis and providing regular feedback.
Experience/Skills & Competencies to succeed:
* Commercial Experience in this field preferable minimum of 2-3 years.
* Proven experience building customer relationships.
* Experience of the local healthcare sector
* Full Clean Driving Licence
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Strong sense of urgency to respond to customer needs.
* An excellent communication with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
* Ability to coordinate and train other staff and customers.
* Resilient – able to deal with a challenging and fast paced environment.
* Excellent remuneration package.
