Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated
Civils Site Supervisor
to join our team in Cork. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing daily construction activities and coordinating the site team to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Coordinating and supervising site teams and subcontractors
* Managing quality control and ensuring compliance with company standards
* Enforcing adherence to all Health & Safety regulations
* Problem-solving and addressing issues as they arise
* Preparing progress reports and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong supervisory skills with proven experience in
site supervision
* Demonstrated ability in civil engineering or groundworks project oversight
* Proficiency in
quality control
and maintaining high construction standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of current
Health & Safety regulations
on construction sites
* Relevant certification in construction management or civil engineering is an advantage
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
and hold a valid
work visa
